Our current portfolio of products consists of reagents and kits for the detection and removal of non-viable cells. Viability is an important issue that determines the usefulness of cells for all applications. At ImmunoSolv, we develop novel technologies enabling generation of cell populations of the highest quality through detection and removal of inhibitory dead cells.
Dead-cell Removal
Our lead products, Dead-Cert® Nanoparticles, improve cell quality through dead-cell removal, permitting the generation of high-viability cell preparations for multiple purposes, from cell banking to protein production. Currently available products are aimed at the R&D sector and we are developing GMP-compliant dead-cell removal systems for the improved production and delivery of therapeutic cells and therapeutic proteins.
Dead-cell Detection
Our novel, antibody-based reagents are able to detect non-viable cells from the earliest stages of apoptosis – when vital dyes are still excluded from cells – to the latest stages of necrosis. If you only use vital dyes, you will over-estimate cell viability; if you use annexin V, simplify your viability/apoptosis assays now!
